Through our Spring Fairs which we held in the daycares, we reached out to some parents who needed help in fixing their leaky roofs. The project came at a right time as rain season was just around the corner. In a period of 2 weeks, we were able to help 6 households. Our Light and Love Home president with volunteers and local workers laboured tirelessly to get the jobs done. In turn, the parents were extremely thankful and also came to our Light and Love Home Centre to volunteer in holding our Children’s Drawing Classes every Sunday morning. The success of this project is not only reaching out to the community, but also boost people’s moral.
